C King Media’s 2025 Payment Schedule: Keeping It Simple & Fair for Everyone

At C King Media, our priority is creating incredible content while keeping things smooth and stress-free for everyone—including when it comes to payments. Over the years, I’ve been flexible with different payment schedules, but as production costs continue to rise (especially when hiring larger teams), it's become essential to establish clear guidelines.

The Default Payment Schedule

For all projects, payment is due 7 days before the shoot. This ensures that team members, rentals, and travel costs are covered so I can focus 100% on delivering top-tier content.

For Clients with Net 30 or Alternative Payment Terms

I completely understand that some companies have structured accounting systems that require Net 30 or post-project payments. That’s totally fine! However, here’s what I need to keep things predictable on my end:

✅ A confirmed payment date at the time of booking – This means knowing exactly when payment will be deposited or a check will arrive. If processing and mailing take extra time, just factor that in when confirming the date.

✅ No follow-up chasing – I don’t have an accounting team, and I don’t bill for tracking down payments. If you know payment is processed on a Tuesday and mailed Friday, just let me know that upfront so I can plan accordingly.

Why This Matters

Producing a shoot comes with upfront costs, and while I love what I do, floating expenses indefinitely isn’t sustainable. No one enjoys waiting weeks (or months) to get paid, and I’m sure you wouldn’t like that uncertainty either.

That said, C King Media has never and will never hold media hostage over payments. My goal is to keep everything fun, professional, and seamless for all parties involved.
