Maria, the beloved spouse of VRE Project Manager Kip Foster, tragically lost her life to this disease in July 2021.
This year, on Friday, October 13, 2023, a group of 70 dedicated cyclists embarked on a scenic 70-mile route alongside VRE's Fredericksburg Line. The journey began at the Crystal City station, meandered through six station stops, and concluded at the Fredericksburg station. It was a day filled with determination, camaraderie, and hope, all in the name of a great cause.
